Dhaka is the least livable city always overloaded by the mixed blooded peoples in the acts of race due to better searching opportunities provided the city itself with its chaos since – the Mughal capital city of the eastern province was selected by Subedar Islam khan in 1608 since then Dhaka has experience actual urbanization and trend of development in trade due to better communication by water. Many merchants used to sail their boat along the Buriganga river to trade their merchandise in Dhaka. Thousands of travelers and immigrants used to come to Dhaka in search of better living. Many story tales of various merchants’ and traders are found. The Portuguese, the Dutch, the English, the French and also the Armenians found interest in setting up their trading houses here on the eve of the 17th century. Dhaka had a treasure trove of both Mughal, colonial and hybrid architecture richly disposed in the northern bank of Buriganga river. Most of the palatial complexes are now dilapidated and abandoned.
